As a therapist and stay-at-home mom, Kathrine understands firsthand the challenges of maintaining balance and boundaries. That’s why she’s dedicated to helping clients rebalance their own lives, as well to making Serene Horizons a practice where other therapists can find work-life balance as she has.
With deep and varied counseling experience, Kathrine grounds her work in compassion and genuine connection, cherishing the opportunity to hear clients' stories and be part of their healing and growth.
